How to choose your size by body measurements

To find your ideal size you need three measurements.

Waist: measure around your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Thighs: measure around the fullest part of one thigh.

A note on the waist: our trousers have an adjustable waist, so if the size fits your hips and thighs comfortably, the waist can differ by roughly 20% and still fit well.

Measuring while seated or lying down

Standing is not always possible, and you can measure just as accurately sitting in your chair or lying down.

Waist: if you are seated, lean slightly to one side to expose your natural waistline. Lying down, simply find your natural waist and measure around it.

Hips: pass the tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping it as level as you can.

Thighs: measure around the fullest part of one thigh with the leg relaxed.

No measuring tape? Use a piece of string

A ribbon, rope or piece of string works just as well.

Wrap it comfortably around the area you are measuring while seated or lying down, mark the point where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.

Compare with a garment you already own

For an even closer fit, measure a pair of trousers or a top that already fits you well.

Lay the item flat, measure the relevant dimensions such as inseam, waist width and hip width for trousers, or chest width and sleeve length for tops, then compare them with the garment measurements on the product page.

Our trousers have an adjustable waist, so if the hips and thighs fit, the waist can differ by around 20% and still fit well. Measuring while seated or lying down is fine — that is how most of our customers do it.

The Comfort Thermal Modular is designed for maximum comfort and freedom of movement, fully enclosing your legs and feet with our advanced multi-layer system. It is available separately, making it versatile to use. You can wear it on its own or combine it seamlessly with the separately available Base | Spine & Bottom Wrap to create a fully customizable warmth cocoon.

The "Warm Feet Guarantee": The foot area features a 6-layer construction — from a non-slip outer layer, through durable Oxford fabric and a neoprene layer that blocks rising cold from the ground, to a double layer of 3M™ Thinsulate™ J250 insulation and a soft inner fleece. Your feet stay reliably warm even in low temperatures.

This cover is equipped with unique features to protect the most exposed areas:

Double-insulated feet: double layer of 3M™ Thinsulate™ J250 insulation for maximum heat retention in this critical zone.
Protection from below: a hidden neoprene layer under the feet provides an extra thermal barrier against rising cold from the ground.
Non-slip protection: the outer sole of the foot area has a non-slip layer for stability and grip.

Modular comfort: Works perfectly as a stand-alone wheelchair blanket, secured with an elastic waistband, or attaches to the Base for a complete, non-slip cover.

Outstanding insulation: Fitted with genuine 3M™ Thinsulate™ J250 insulation, it delivers robust warmth without unnecessary bulk and retains its insulating properties even when damp.

Smart access: Fitted with two-way zippers that run all the way to the toes, allowing easy ventilation, temperature control, or access to the feet without having to open the cover completely.

Practical storage: Includes a handy front pocket for easy access to essentials like your phone or keys.

Sizing and fit

Available in two lengths and sizes from XS to 7XL:

Regular: for heights between 158 cm and 175 cm
Long: for heights between 176 cm and 190 cm

Materials and care

Outer shell (Oxford PU 200g/m²): 100% polyester with PU/WR coating. Highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, water-repellent for snow and light rain. Certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.
Insulation (3M™ Thinsulate™ Type J250): Water-repellent, exceptional warmth without unnecessary weight, R-value of 3.9. Meets bluesign® criteria and is hypoallergenic.
Lining: Soft 100% polyester polar fleece, dries very quickly after washing.

Machine wash at 40°C. Do not tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron.

Where we ship
All of Europe, including non-EU countries such as Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Serbia and Montenegro. Outside Europe we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel and South Africa.

We currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the rest of Asia, the rest of Africa or South America.

Duties and taxes
For the whole EU, Norway, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand we pay the duties and taxes ourselves — your parcel arrives at your door with nothing extra to pay.

For all other destinations, customs duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer on arrival. For the United Kingdom, adaptive clothing is in principle VAT exempt, but there is no dedicated customs code for these products, so in practice the charge is usually collected at the border and has to be reclaimed from HMRC afterwards.

Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days unless the product page states otherwise. Delivery time then depends on the destination country, the carrier and the delivery method you choose. In exceptional cases, such as pre-sale items, we reserve the right to dispatch within up to 45 calendar days, and we will always tell you beforehand.

We deliver with parcel lockers or courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you confirm the order.

Returns and exchanges
We do not provide return labels, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. If you would like a different size, we offer one free exchange per order. If you are unsure about sizing, fit or any detail of the product, contact us before ordering — we will help you choose the right option.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Many of our products are in stock, others are made to order. In most cases we ship within 1 to 5 days. If demand is unusually high, which tends to happen after exhibitions, we let you know about any delay. The same applies to orders that include a length adjustment.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Orders can be delivered by courier or to an available parcel locker or collection point.

Can I return an item, and can you send me a return label?

You have two months from delivery to return an item. We set that period deliberately long, knowing how unpredictable daily life can be.

As a small workshop we cannot provide prepaid return labels, so returns are sent at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the item we refund you within 3 business days. If you want to exchange for a different size, we cover sending the replacement once. Items made to your own measurements cannot be returned.

Is your clothing easy to wash and care for?

Yes, and we design for it deliberately. Even our multi-layer insulated pieces go through a regular washing machine cycle. Adaptive clothing should fit into your routine, not add another complicated step to it.

How does the front access panel work?

On garments with this feature the front panel drops down to give direct access for catheterisation without removing your trousers. From the outside it looks like an ordinary pocket, so the function stays private unless you choose to use it.

Quality warm items suitable even for larger bodies!!

I found this company by accident and decided to buy a couple of items. Lovet, double zips bob then chides (little niggle, a cord on each zip pull would make it easier to do up if you can’t bend much. I added onto both if mine and can now zip them sitting down. ).

Super begeistert!

Ich habe wirklich lange nach einem Perfekten Fußsack gesucht und mir sämtliche Shops angesehen! Egal ob über die Suchleiste von Google, Instagram oder über Etsy. Entdeckt habe ich euch über Etsy und habe mir dann euren Shop angesehen und euer Sozial Media. Am 30.12.25 ist meine Bestellung eingetroffen und an dem Tag ging es mir überhaupt nicht gut. Aber euer Paket hat diesen doofen Tag zu einem richtig tollen Tag gemacht. In der Silvesternacht vom 31.12.25 auf den 01.01.26 waren wir draußen um uns das Feuerwerk an zu sehen. Normaler Weise kann ich durch die Kälte nicht lange draußen bleiben, weil ich das Raynaud-Syndrom habe. Ich saß 2h draußen und konnte das Feuerwerk genießen ohne Symptome! Ich war so glücklich das ich geweint habe! Ich konnte ganz ohne Hilfe den Fußsack an und ausziehen. Durch die angenähte Tasche konnte ich meine Hände mit einem Handwärmer aufwärmen. Der Fußsack ist nicht verrutscht und das obwohl ich mich sehr viel bewege! Es hat genieselt in dieser Nacht und ich bin trocken geblieben! Mein zwei Hunde hatten heute spaß im Garten und ihre Pfoten und Bäuche waren Nass. Mein Assistenzhund hatte dann erst angezeigt und ist dann zum Arbeiten über gegangen und so nass wie er ist auf meinen Schoß gesprungen. Er lag da eine ganze Weile! Es kam keine Feuchtigkeit durch! Auch mein Bauch blieb trocken weil der Fußsack auch am Bauch hoch geht. Er ist auch super schön und behält seine Form. So sieht es nicht so aus als wäre man in einem Schlafsack! Innen ist ein schönes Fleece was sehr angenehm ist. Obwohl mir sehr schnell kalt wird, war mir überhaupt nicht kalt! Mir war schön war aber auch nicht zu war! Ich saß Zuhause dann noch eine Weile im Fußsack da habe ich einfach beide Reißverschlüsse geöffnet und die "Schürze" eingerollt und auf meinen Füßen abgelegt. Man kann jeden Tag wählen ob man seine Schuhe anziehen will oder ob man keine Schuhe anzieht. Beides ist möglich. Falls der Fußsack innen dreckig wird durch die Schuhe kann man ihn mit einem Lappen auswischen.
Falls einem doch mal zu warm werden sollte kann man auch den unteren Reißverschluss etwas öffnen, so das etwas Luft rein kommt. Denn jede Seite hat zwei Reißverschlüsse!
Also ich bin super begeistert!
